1. The seller creates the order

The seller records the item or service, quantity, price, and the payment destination that applies to this order. Onfinga creates a short confirmation link for that specific order.

2. The buyer confirms the order

The buyer opens the link and reviews the order details before payment. If the details are right, the buyer confirms the order with Onfinga. A pending request can expire or be revoked, and a changed order should be issued as a new confirmation request.

3. Payment continues

After confirmation, the buyer continues to the seller's existing payment destination. Onfinga does not process the seller's customer payment or confirm that the payment has cleared.

4. The record remains available

The seller can see the confirmed order in their history and download the human-readable Order Confirmation Record. The record shows what was confirmed before payment; it is not a guarantee against fraud, disputes, or chargebacks.
