Buyer intent is specific to an order

A like, follow, product-page visit, or general message can show interest, but it does not necessarily show that a buyer reviewed and accepted the final details of a particular order. The useful question is what the buyer intended to buy on the terms presented before payment.

Messages and screenshots provide context, not always a final confirmation

Emails, DMs, order-form messages, and screenshots can be useful records. But a conversation may show questions, negotiation, or an earlier version of the order rather than the final item, quantity, price, and currency the buyer accepted.

Details may be spread across messages, changed later, or captured from only one party's view. A screenshot can preserve what appeared on a screen, but it does not by itself show that the buyer reviewed and confirmed the complete final order.

Interest and confirmation are different

Interest can happen early and change over time. Order confirmation occurs later, when the seller has assembled the actual order and the buyer can check it. Onfinga's product turns that confirmation step into a record before payment continues.

What Onfinga records

Onfinga records the order details shown to the buyer and the buyer's confirmation before payment. It does not decide whether the buyer is truthful, authorize a payment card, process payment, or guarantee the outcome of a later dispute.
