How it works
How does a seller create an order confirmation?
The seller enters the order details, amount and payment destination. Onfinga creates a link for the seller to send to the buyer.
What does the buyer do?
The buyer opens the link, reviews the order, confirms with Onfinga and continues to payment.
Does the buyer need an Onfinga account?
No. The buyer confirms through the secure link sent by the seller.
Can sellers keep their existing payment method?
Yes. The buyer confirms the order before continuing to the seller’s existing payment method.
Does Onfinga require Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform?
No. Onfinga works independently of the platform sellers use to find or communicate with buyers.
What happens if the order changes?
The seller creates an updated order confirmation request so the buyer can confirm the revised order before payment.

Where can sellers find their records?
Order Confirmation Records remain available in the seller’s order history and can be downloaded when needed.
Does Onfinga store biometric information?
No. Onfinga does not store passkey private keys or biometric templates.
Is an Order Confirmation Record a payment authorization?
No. It records buyer confirmation before payment. It does not authorize or process payment.
Does Onfinga guarantee fraud prevention or dispute outcomes?
No. Onfinga records buyer confirmation before payment. It does not guarantee fraud prevention, liability shift or any particular dispute outcome.

How do sellers start?
New sellers receive 1 free Order Confirmation. The free Order Confirmation does not expire.
What packages are available?

Do purchased confirmations expire?
Yes. Purchased confirmations are valid for 30 days. Unused confirmations expire without rollover.
Is there a subscription?
No. Sellers buy prepaid packages only when they need them. There is no monthly subscription or automatic renewal.
