Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases of Onfinga.
1) How to request a refund or cancellation
To request a refund, cancel an order, or make changes to an order, contact support@onfinga.net using the email address used at checkout and include your order details.
2) Consumer right to cancel (14 days)
If you are a Consumer and unless an exception applies, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
3) Effect of cancellation
If you cancel as permitted above, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4) Exception for digital content
Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that is immediately made available if you have started to download, stream, access, or otherwise acquire it.
Where digital content is immediately made available, by downloading or otherwise acquiring the digital content you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download, access, streaming, or applicable transmission has begun.
This exception applies to statutory cancellation rights and does not affect any separate money-back guarantee described below.
5) Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of the order completion date.
Outside of the money-back guarantee and statutory cancellation rights, refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
6) Delivery and technical issues
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the service, the remedy is either replacement of the service or a refund of the price paid, as determined by Onfinga.
7) Pre-orders
If you pre-order a product or service, you can request a refund for any reason until the content is delivered, after which this Refund Policy applies.
8) Sales tax refunds and exemptions
If you’ve been charged sales tax/VAT on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law.
You must contact us within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund and provide a valid tax/VAT code (as applicable). Refund requests received after 60 days from the transaction date will not be processed.
9) Subscriptions and refund method
In respect of subscription services, the Consumer right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
